High Value Woman
About the Method

Why This Method Exists

Not another script for getting chosen. A structure for becoming someone who no longer abandons herself.

The High-Value Woman Method was written by Marisa Mats, under her own name — because what matters here isn't a face or a persona. It's whether the method actually helps you change a pattern you're tired of repeating.

Most relationship advice falls into one of two categories: scripts for getting someone to choose you, or vague affirmations about "knowing your worth" with no structure behind them. This method was built to be neither. It's grounded in established research — attachment theory, nervous system regulation, the Gottman Method, the Five Love Languages — translated into a sequence you can actually practice, one day at a time.

The order matters

Self-abandonment, validation-seeking, nervous system dysregulation, and collapsed boundaries don't happen randomly — they happen in a specific order, and they have to be addressed in that same order. That's why the Method moves through awareness, regulation, boundaries, and identity, in that sequence, across 8 modules and a 28-day guided workbook.

Self-Awareness

Recognizing your patterns, emotions, and attachment style without judgment.

Internal Validation

Building worth from within, independent of others' opinions or attention.

Emotional Regulation

Using the pause and nervous system tools to respond from balance, not fear.

Clear Boundaries

Communicating your limits clearly, briefly, and with follow-through.

"This book is not about controlling outcomes. It is about controlling yourself. You cannot make someone choose you. But you can become someone who would never beg to be chosen."

What this is not

It's not therapy, and it doesn't claim to be. It's an educational program — a structured way to practice ideas that are usually only discussed in therapy rooms or expensive coaching programs, made accessible as a self-guided book and workbook.

It's also not finished pretending everything is perfect. This is the first time this method has been shared publicly, and it comes without a wall of client transformations — just the work itself, built the way it was needed.
